How to Prep:
Gather and prepare the ingredients. Shred the cooked chicken and dice the prosciutto. Chop the onions and slice the mushrooms. Peel and devein the shrimp. Cook the pasta per the package directions while you make the sauce. Warm the oven to reach 350° Fahrenheit.
Drizzle a bit of oil in a skillet using the med-high temperature setting. Cook the prosciutto for a couple of minutes until itâs crispy and set it aside for now.
Prepare the skillet with butter to sauté the mushrooms and onions until tender. Pour in the wine and deglaze the pan.
Mix in the chicken stock and simmer the mixture until itâs reduced (2-3 min.).
Add garlic and cream, simmering until it starts to bubble. Extinguish the heat.
Whisk in 1.5 cups of the mozzarella and parmesan cheese to melt. Fold in the shrimp, chicken, parsley, peas, prosciutto, salt, and pepper. Toss all of the fixings with the pasta.
Put the pasta in the pan and sprinkle it using the remainder of the mozzarella. Bake the pie until the cheese is browned and shrimp is cooked (15 to 20 min.).
Serve when ready with a smile!
